Even if this quote is apocryphal, it does not lose its ethical substance and encourages us to take a step back from our good or bad acts towards animals. These photos were not taken with the aim of nourishing our reflection on our relationship to the animal world. These photos were not taken with the aim of nourishing our reflection on our relationship to the animal world. They were taken in 2012 and 2019, in the margin of other of my works. The shots are the testimony of my sensitivity to the very important animal presence of India. To depict India, one should not only evoke the human presence, but also the animal presence.
